UX-first Designer

Mission:

Translating the complicated process of employees’ ownership journey in a company into an easy and exciting experience that empowers.

Expectations:

A hands-on self-starter with the ability to research, build customer journeys and translate those to visual experiences. Previous experience with web/app creation and launches is desirable.

Senior backend developer

Mission:

Build a scalable engine to capture and apply data and automate back-office processes over time. Contribute to solution architecture vision and product release planning

Expectations:

Contribute to swift product iterations, being able to own your work & code quality, T-shaped on the tech stack

Blockchain engineer

Mission:

Design & build the tokenization part of the product, pick the suitable chains for the right use case and make them do the magic.

Expectations:

Fair understanding of how blockchain ecosystem works, ability to make it work for the SaltoX mission

Locations - Tallinn, Riga, and Kyiv
if you prefer to work with team members IRL, or Remote if that's your thing.
