Account manager

Salto X is growing a sales team, with untraditional approach to customer management. We focus on value-first, and treating our customers as our community, not clients.

Your role as account manager would be to make sure all steps of sales cycle are clear and understandable for the customer, at the same time focusing on saving time and efforts from their side - as we are working with founders of the companies. Your highest impact will be shown through balanced communication and information exchange process between the companies, contributors and Salto X team, and the speed of successfully closing the deals.

We strive to exceed our customer's expectations by always thinking one step ahead when providing solutions. We guide and educate our users to grasp the value of the product and drive word of mouth.

What you’ll do

  • Drive the all steps of the on-boarding process, through legal and tech adoption and overall success of our customers
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales as well as identify opportunities to expand our partnership with them
  • Build on-boarding guides for contributors and work on overall onboarding strategy
  • Ensure all account issues are quickly resolved, working with cross-functional teams internally
  • Provide regular, proactive recommendations to optimize the use of our platform
  • Identify opportunities to expand our partnership with customers
  • Work closely with marketing department, enabling the flow of information of (future) customers needs
  • Track and improve key account metrics
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

What you’ll need

  • Relevant work experience in customer success, account management, digital consultancy or project management, preferably in a SaaS business
  • Experience working with a portfolio of accounts, supporting a highly legal or technical product
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships, credibility, present, and to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to set priorities, drive decisions and get closure on recommendations and issues
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy, resilience, strategic thinking and speed
